The Star spangled gold
As I reached and bowed my head
It shone burning into my heart Possessing every part
Nothing left outside
Encased in Glory’s brightness
I followed where it led
War ceased and something ‘Other’
took me instead
Grace unbound poured out
Flowing in some vast ocean
Where everything was, and is, and will always be Forever God with me.
