Here’s to the decade where nothing changes
And the days where decades happen
To holding eternity in the palm of your hand
And gaze at infinity in the blink of an eye
Glancing back at our made up world
and saying our fantasy goodbyes
We walk through a falling desert on a grain of sand
Heaven mirrored and earth resplendent
We ascend the future we create
And find that despite frustration
there is always glory in the wait
Round and round it goes
Ever forward and upward it grows
Marching on the strands of time
Up the DNA ladder line
The rider on the white horse
draws His piercing sword
And as the hourglass shatters
And the desert of time stretches
out like a garment wide
We find ourselves wrapped in splendour
Stars above and sand below
Boundless space to roam
where a new heaven and
freedom in eternity flows

Marissa also serves on staff at Field of Dreams Church in Adelaide Australia as the Creative Director and has a passion for seeing good design and creativity reflect the glory of the Lord in everyday life. In her spare time she loves to paint, write poetry and explore the outdoors with her husband. She is easy-going, dedicated and has a passion for the Lord, the creative industry and seeing people walk in the fullness of their destiny.
